About Us
Hi!
We are Knotted Zine - a quarterly mini magazine and snail mail club for fiber artists.
Each issue will feature seasonal mood boards, project recommendations, quizzes, articles, and lots of other fun stuff!
We are committed to make the world a better place; that is why we donate the net proceeds from each issue to a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Please refer to our latest volume's shop page to learn more about our current partner. Oh, and did we mention each issue is entirely produced without the use of AI? Duh.
About the Creator/Editor
My name is Paige and I created Knotted in hopes of building a community of likeminded fiber artists.
How did I get here? My mom taught me to knit when I was in elementary school but I rarely made anything more complicated than a short scarf in garter stitch. I was much more successful with the American Girl sewing project kits. Regardless, I have always been crafty. By the time I graduated college, I had taught myself to machine sew, crochet, screen print, quilt, and cross stitch. It wasn't until 2025 that I relearned knit. I fell in love and now we're here.
Besides fiber, I love film and food. I am a devoted Letterboxd user and have tried most restaurants within a half mile radius of me. If you know any spots in the LA area with good bites and even better beer...feel free to send me a message through the comment page.
I really hope that this project of mine can bring you even a little bit of joy or inspiration this summer. I know this has been a tremendously positive experience for me (and I'm sure my hands appreciate the break from my needles.)
